Lives Under Lockdown: A Young Writers’ Anthology by Brigitte Rozario (Paperback)

Join 20 Malaysian writers aged 11 to 15 as they share human stories about being in lockdown. The accounts provide a peek into the lives of various slices of society. There are tales about families, frontliners, friends and the community. There are heartwarming as well as gritty stories, highlighting issues such as dealing with death, suicide, Alzheimer’s, bullying and depression, all while struggling to survive during a pandemic.

Lives Under Lockdown: A Young Writers’ Anthology is the culmination of these young writers’ seven-month participation in the Junior Writers Programme conducted by writer-editor-trainer Brigitte Rozario. The programme guided them through the basics of writing short fiction. This book showcases their talents and mastery of the printed word.

The royalties from the sale of this book will go to SOLS Health’s community centres.
